Our Airstream Renovation – Dinette Removal & Desk Installation
The one major problem we have had with our Airstream since moving in was Steve’s workspace. He commandeered the dinette and has used that as his office. However it was uncomfortable and not well suited to our life. So we FINALLY removed the dinette! We decided to try the desk install ourselves and we LOVE how it turned out. We still have some more tweaks but the Airstream looks so much better and bigger and Steve is much happier working at his new desk.
This went so well we’re going to try tackling a few more big DIY/Renovations on our Airstream before we hit the road 4/1….so stay tuned!

I noticed that when you’re moving, you have to secure your monitors. Technomadia just posted a video that shows their ingenious solution to this issue. If you haven’t seen it, you might want to take a look. It might give you some ideas for your setup.
