First Night Boondocking & Heading to Valley of Fire

First Night Boondocking & Heading to Valley of Fire

After a few nights parked outside Courtney’s parent’s house in the Phoenix area, we embark! We’re heading to Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada but decided to split up the 6-hour drive into 2 days. We spent the night at a boondocking spot on BLM land on Signal Rd off of Rte 93. It was a quiet uneventful night before we hit the road again and made it to another boondocking site outside of Valley of Fire State Park. Boondocking (for those who don’t know) is camping without any hookups (electric, sewer, or water) often in a remote location and often for free!

Stay tuned for Thursday’s video where we hike all over Valley of Fire State Park. It’s gorgeous!
