Moving to Antelope Island State Park & BUGS

In today’s video, it’s moving day. We are leaving our amazing spot on Utah Lake and heading for 1 night on Antelope Island. Antelope Island is on the Great Salt Lake north of Salt Lake City. We knew we wanted to go check it out and since it was $10 to get in we decided to dry camp for one night instead for $20 total. The views from our campsite were beautiful but the no-see-ums were ridiculous. Poor Penny was eaten alive on day one and Steve has over 100 bites after day 2. We will come back to the island…just not in the spring during no-see-um hatching time.
