This week we are answering a viewer question regarding how much towing experience we had before we moved into the Airstream. For Courtney the answer is none, and she still doesn’t have any. Courtney never towed the Airstream this past year as she was uncomfortable driving our manual transmission truck. Now that we have switched to an automatic she will be trying to tow the Airstream for the first time in the spring. Steve, on the other hand, has lots of towing experience now but had nearly none when we started. As with anything practice makes perfect. He also recommends taking it at your own speed, don’t worry about those around you. You will get more comfortable as you continue towing.
