Tuesday Talk: Stationary Airstream Life, Do We Like It?

Video Description

This week we are talking about our stationary Airstream life this past 6 months, and whether we enjoyed it. As many of you know we lived in our Airstream full-time for a year stationary in Tucson while we finished up work. We then hit the road for 7 months before heading back to Tucson for another 6 months stationary. While stationary Airstream living does have some advantages, such as not having to worry about resources and knowing where everything is and establishing a routine, it definitely has downsides too. We miss being out in nature and able to explore and see new things. We cannot wait to leave at the end of the month. We’ll have to see how we balance stationary Airstream living with travel in the future.

Variety is the spice of life. Grass is always greener. Down time. Rest time.

The work and hot hot weather in the area (in the Airstream) would be tough.

Don’t come too far north. Much snow and cold. Stay in the southern part of the states until June. 🙂

Very true, about variety! We’re keeping our travel plans semi-fluid to avoid the snow! Thanks for the advice!
