This week we are answering a question from a viewer about how our cooking style and tastes have changed from the house to living stationery in the Airstream to traveling full-time. In general not much has changed except maybe we don’t do as complicated meals since we don’t have as many appliances as we did in the house. We still have everything we need. What we cook has changed some due to Courtney’s dietary restrictions and our limited cold storage space. Last year we ate way too many carbs because of the size of the fridge so this year we shop more to keep our veggie intake high. Really you can make anything in the Airstream that we made in the house if you want it bad enough.
