This week we are answering a few questions from viewers about how we are liking our composting toilet if we like the liquid upgrade we did last year and other general composting toilet questions. In general, we still love having a composting toilet and would not go back to a normal RV toilet. It still lets us stay out so much longer when boondocking by 1) not using near as much water and 2) allowing us to combine our waste tanks. It also DOES NOT SMELL. Seriously. NOrmal toilets smell so much now! We are spoiled.

The liquid diversion is still working great. Besides our clogs a few weeks ago (due to not cleaning the line enough) we have had no issues and it has made life so much easier than emptying the tank every day. Now we just make sure to clean the clean regularly to prevent future problems.
