Hiking in Guadalupe Mountains National Park & Composting Toilet Woes

Video Description

On this Airstream Life vLog, we drive down from our boondocking spot back into Texas to hike McKittrick Canyo in the Guadalupe Mountains National Park. It’s a cold blustery day so we decide to go as far as we want and turn around. It is a gorgeous trail even in winter. We would love to see it in the fall with the leaves all changing color along the creek. We even got to see some mule deer along the trail.

After our hike, we head back to the Airstream and take some showers (much needed). We also share something we learned about the composting toilet yesterday during the high winds. Luckily everything is back to normal now.

Stay tuned for a couple moving days ahead, possibly a Walmart parking lot and more caves!
