Camping at the Texas Air Museum in San Antonio – Harvest Hosts

Video Description

On this Airstream Life vLog, we pack up the Airstream and leave the Travelers World RV Resort in San Antonio but our moving day is only 10 minutes! Shortest moving day ever!

We are staying the night at the Texas Air Museum – Stinson as part of the Harvest Host program. Our host told us to make ourselves and the Airstream comfortable on the grassy area by the parking lot and then to come on over to register as a Harvest Host (don’t forget to bring your card with you!) and check out the museum.

The museum is $4 cash per person and totally worth a stop. We learned so much history about the area, the Stinson sisters, airplanes and more! Many of the artifacts in this museum are donated from specific families and it tells actuals stories with them. I loved both reading the stories and hearing the volunteers talk passionately about history. If you like planes or armed forces history this is a must stop!

After the museum, we spent a quiet night and morning on the property before packing up to move up to Austin. But first, the BBQ Capital of Texas in the next video.
