Friday Favorites: Our Weber Q Grill (Mmmm Delicious!)

Occasionally on Friday’s we’d like to share with you some of our Favorite Things. These can be products, websites, or anything else that we love. Note we will ALWAYS say whether we are sponsored in any form from the companies we are sharing and these videos will ALWAYS reflect our true opinions. These are the things that bring us joy and we hope they can become your favorites as well.

This week’s Friday Favorite is our Weber Q Grill. This is the perfect grill for us. It is small and light which is key when you live in an Airstream. It can easily be packed away in the back of the truck when we are moving. With our upgrade to the Airstream we hook it directly into our propane tanks which means we never have to worry about running out of fuel. Plus it is great at grilling! We can even bake in it at a steady 350 degrees. We wouldn’t have made it through the summer months without this grill and we truly love it!

This week’s Friday Favorite is our Sony A6000. Before moving into our Airstream Steve was a Nikon guy. After a lot of research he decided to switch over to the Sony A6000 and overall he loves it! In this video he discusses his pros and cons for this camera and why someone would consider switching to it. This is certainly a favorite!

Installing a WeBoost Cell Booster on our Airstream for Internet on the Road

As we discussed in a past Tuesday Talk (linked below) we use an unlimited data plan from Verizon for all our internet needs on the road. While we’ve had amazing service in Tucson we know we will soon be camping in places where the service is more spotty. After chatting with Steve from The More We Explore we decided to ditch the TV antenna on the Airstream and instead install a new Directional Antenna and WeBoost system. Steve was kind enough to help us with the install.

We can already tell a difference and can’t wait to be out on the road and test it further.

Vertical space is often not utilized. We show you how we use this one shoe organizer for shoes, dog stuff, shopping bags, laundry supplies and cleaning supplies. You could also do something similar for pantry items, crafts and so much more.

We keep the white strings up year-round in the Airstream and use the multi-colored for Christmas to make things more festive. For less than $10 a piece (at the time of publishing) plus 3 AA batteries we have a bright and festive Airstream.
