Craters Of The Moon National Monument – Fun in Caves!

In today’s video, we head over from our free camping spot at the Hayspur Fish Hatchery to Craters of the Moon National Monument. We head to the Visitor’s Center first to get our free cave permit (so we don’t bring anything in that might harm the bats). The landscape there was otherworldly for sure. The lava cascades were amazing and very harsh. We did the cave hike and climbed down into 3 of the 4 caves and had absolutely a blast doing it. If you are in this area of Idaho, this is definitely worth a stop!
