Video Description
As requested today I’m doing a short review of my Passion Planner and showing how I use it to plan our full-time RV adventures, keep up with our videos, and explore my passion projects.
I am a planner as many of you know. I used to use Google Calendar only to plan our travels. This worked well for appointments, reservations, and bigger tasks but did not work well for everyday planning and timing. So a friend recommended the Passion Planner. I use the monthly sheets to color code where we plan to stay throughout the month. I also use those same colors in the weekly spreads. This also allows me to easily see gaps and put ideas on post-its for where to stay or figure out what I need to research next.
In the weekly spread, I meal plan using Post-its (anything that might change I use a Post-it for). I also go back and fill in everything we did so the planner becomes a kind of diary as well. I’m trying to keep bright colors and use fun stickers and pictures to add in a scrapbooking quality too.
I use the list features to keep our videos scheduled and know where I stand on that. I also use them to plan out activities for us to do in our new locations and research for future camping spots.
The last major component of the Passion Planner is the passion side. I’m still trying to figure out what that looks like to me but it is giving me a space to write down ideas and get creative. It also shows me how much time I’m spending on my creative pursuits so I can amp them up if I’m slipping.
Overall this Passion Planner + my Google Calendar work well for me to plan everything. What do you use to plan?
Passion Planner: If you do end up getting one please put ([email protected]) as the referer. If enough people do, we might get a free planner which I would give-away on the channel!
