Picking Crab for Dinner, Hitching Up Successfully and a Whole Lots of EELS

In today’s video, you get to watch me pick a bunch of Dungeness crabs for a special family dinner of crab melts. The Oregon Coast is known for crab so we had to do something special. Yum! Totally worth the effort.

It’s also moving day so we take you along with us as we hitch up the Airstream with our new sturdy hitch receiver. The spot we’ve been in for the past 2 weeks was very uneven and on a steep hill so it was interesting hitching back up and getting off the hill. Luckily it all worked out, yay for our Hensley!

Unfortunately, we got stuck on the 101 for 1.5 hours because of…..EELS! Can you believe it? At least we didn’t get eeled. Yuck! We finally make it to our spot at Barview Jetty and couldn’t be happier for some sun, full hookups, and cell service 🙂
