Video Description
On this Airstream Life vLog, we get out and explore the Pictured Rocks in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
We’ve been in the area for a few days but we were hanging out with our friends so didn’t shoot any complete videos. Instead, we got some clips of the waterfalls we went to and the awesome ice cream dairy. Yum!
Today we are heading out on a boat for the Pictured Rocks Cruise. The Pictured Rocks are 11 miles of sandstone cliffs along Lake Superior The best and really only way to truly see them is by boat. So away we go!
We had an awesome time on the cruise and got some amazing photography.
The next day we decided to drive to the one area we saw on the cruise that you can actually easy access from land, Miners Castle and beach. We do the two overlooks at Miners Castle which were gorgeous and then head to the beach where we check out a tiny waterfall. The waters of Lake Superior are very cold but absolutely beautiful!
Stay tuned for our next video where we finish up our time in the UP with lots more water!
